Reversal

Reversal is an AU of Portal 2 by Obvious Octopus. It's about what would have happened if the Core Transfer put Chell in the mainframe, instead of Wheatley. Chell is freaky as hell in this one, and the friendship between GLaDOS and Wheatley is pretty cute.
